Join BCCIE and Academic Credential Evaluation Institute, Inc. (ACEI) for the Credential Fraud and Diploma Mills: A Growing and Global Challenge webinar.
As the growth of online programs and MOOCs (Massive Online Open Courses) change the higher education landscape and the global pandemic pushes many institutions to offer their courses online, doors have further open for the diploma mills to step in and sell their unaccredited online courses and degree programs. Their marketing tactics can be very persuasive. Learn about what red flags to look out for to make sure you are not working with unlicensed schools offering fraudulent programming.
In this webinar we will define important concepts, discuss suggested methodology, and provide real-world samples and case studies to provide an understanding of the credential fraud issue and a basic road map of what to do about it.
Join ACEI’s President & CEO, Jasmin Saidi-Kuehnert and Senior International Credential Evaluator, Zina Rumleanscaia, as they share examples of unaccredited schools and programs and take you on a journey into the dark underbelly of the world’s largest and most profitable diploma mill.
